I can’t say enough good things about this gym. It is worth the investment and a gym that ages well with you. As a woman, finding a space that feels inclusive, welcoming, and not overwhelming has always been a challenge—until now. This gym is hands-down the most comfortable and supportive environment I’ve ever worked out in. There’s no ego, no pressure, no fuss—just real people showing up for themselves and supporting one another. I’m making progress toward my goals, not just in terms of fitness, but in building long-term strength and resilience as I age. The focus here isn’t on trends or aesthetics—it’s about feeling strong and capable in your own body. I am so happy to have found FabYOUlous Fitness. I was looking for a welcoming place to improve my strength, balance and mobility while navigating menopause. This place exceeded my expectations. The classes are small which makes it easy to get to know other clients. Everyone is welcoming and fun. The trainers are sure to give alternate exercises based on concerns/injuries and a lot of the time will remember your concerns without you having to say anything. Kim and her team are kind, encouraging and respectful. Kim looks at the whole picture including nutrition, sleep and stress. I am amazed at what she remembers about everyone and their struggles and wins. I look forward to my classes here. I'm so grateful to have found this truly fantastic fitness facility! Since beginning, I've felt so welcomed by all the instructors who provide a positive and supportive environment to help you reach your goals. This team is genuinely invested in my success and I enjoy the classes. There are lots of opportunities to help you stay engaged and motivated including monthly challenges and giveaways. It's a judgment free zone that any woman can come into and feel supported. They offer modifications for all the exercises, so all fitness levels can join and there is never any pressure to over exert yourself or do an exercise your body is not ready for. Working with Kim has been an amazing experience for both mind and body! I sought out Kim’s expertise with heart rate training to help me meet my running goals safely and efficiently. Kim is so personable—warm, engaging, and invested. When you work with Kim, you know she is in your corner cheering you on as well as gently challenging you when you need it and holding you accountable because she truly wants to see her clients succeed on every front, not just physically. She is authentic, which makes working with her so much easier to face your own barriers because there is no shame—only support. While I met my running goal, I can honestly say that it became more than just about running—she really helped me view myself differently and to see both the big and little wins, which I needed. This program is awesome! The small class size is great because you have a trainer right there to help with form or modifications during the workout. It feels very individualized, but you also get that group fitness vibe without having a large group. Everyone has been so welcoming in my first month and I truly enjoy working out with everyone I have met. The three trainers I have worked with are all kind and funny and easy going. They truly want to help you be successful in your journey. I'm already feeling more energy and I can button an old pair of pants again! I was apprehensive if I could motivate myself to attend the classes, but I have no problem sticking with this habit due to the inviting environment here. ~ Kayla D
Fantastic studio! I have been a client now for a few months and I came in with some big goals of improving my strength and balance so that I could fulfill a lifelong dream to start backpacking. The support toward my fitness goals, both physically and mentally, has been phenomenal. I have been doing small group training with Kim and HIIT Pilates with Sheri and I am learning so much about form. This has allowed me to feel more confident in pushing myself physically because I know I am doing the exercise correctly. Whatever your fitness goals are, I would highly recommend this studio. This is really an amazing and supportive group of women. Side note- I completed my second backpacking trip this month :) ~ Sarah P
I was looking for a place to go to help me with developing strength and helping me with my balance. As I have aged I've noticed diminishing abilities in both of those areas, and I also just want to become healthier. The reason I like this place is because they have small classes and they make sure that you are doing all of the exercises correctly. There are a variety of classes to choose from and they adapt them to each individual as needed. They also change out the sessions so that you never have the same one twice which keeps boredom from setting in. And they also send you emails regularly with helpful hints and other areas like diet and mindfulness. All in all, I'm very happy with my experience with them. ~ Claudia C
I have been a part of several gyms and personal training programs. This is geared towards people specifically like me...over 35 (53), out of shape (thank you COVID, 2 years sitting on the couch watching Netflix, eating and drinking badly). The trainers pay attention, and modify and needed. The trainers and fellow clients are the supportive tribe I needed after 2 years in isolation. I feel safe, happy, healthy, supported, and on the right track. There are monthly check ins, and I am held accountable but never shamed if I stumble. This is the model I wish I had been exposed to from childhood. It would have saved me years of self sabotage. ~ Kati A
I've been working with Kim for about four months now and I've already seen improvements in my body and mindset! All the trainers are wonderful to work with here and I've never felt uncomfortable with anyone here. The schedule here is always full of options, making it easy to reschedule if something comes up and I'm unable to make it to my usual time. The wide range of class availability also makes it convenient to book around any type of schedule. I really like the fact that it's an all-women studio, it's really refreshing and inspiring to work with other women. I've felt very welcome from the beginning and it truly does feel like a judgement-free zone, which I found difficult to feel that way at other gyms. Kim has been super helpful with my unexperienced self and has never made me feel weird for not knowing what I'm doing without her. I highly recommend taking classes here! ~ Mali M
FabYOUlous Fitness is my favorite place to be!. I joined almost six years ago after having shoulder surgery. I also wanted to loss weight, as always, but learned that increasing my strength was just as important. While I had a very slow start following shoulder surgery they were incredibly patient as I rebuilt my strength. The atmosphere is welcoming and I never feel intimidated just supported. It’s the perfect place for any woman looking to improve her health and fitness at her own pace. Also, I have increased strength, loss weight and changed clothing size all while working at a pace that works for me and my schedule! ~ Kay E
This is absolutely the best fitness studio I have ever been to. The trainers are fabulous and instruct you as to technique. They do it in a very gentle constructive way that doesn't make you feel bad. The classes are limited to 6 people so you feel like you have your very own personal trainer. There are many classes throughout the day/evening so finding a class is easy. They offer various types of workouts from strength, stability, circuit and more. Did I say it is an all women's gym. Kim has created a truly unique, bespoke fitness studio designed specifically for women focusing on our health, strength, brain-body connection, and longevity. I have never been to a gym where the owner genuinely cares about you as a person and where the trainers are so invested in helping you reach your goals. The follow-up and individualized support from Kim and her team are unmatched. I love the encouragement and accountability, both during training and in between sessions. After 6 weeks, I have more energy, fewer aches and pains, and feel part of a community of women working toward similar goals. Kim also offers so many wonderful community events, which help members build real connections outside the studio. I have never been to a fitness center that prioritizes both mind and body while fostering such an authentic sense of belonging. I would give Kim and Fabyoulous Fitness 100 stars if I could! ~ Laura V
I love working out at FabYOUlous Fitness Women's Studio! I am 68 years old and have been with them since 2020. My muscles are stronger and I feel better physically and mentally. The women I work out with are awesome and we have made lasting friendships. The trainers are all very encouraging and positive, and they make sure you are doing the workouts correctly. My healthy has improved over the years and I have been able to keep a healthy weight by eating better and working out. It is very important to take the time to work on yourself. The ladies at FabYOUlous Fitness are so welcoming, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping women over 40 get into healthy fitness habits, no matter where you’re starting from. They provide individualized attention and direction to ensure that you feel comfortable and can get a good workout with whatever modifications allow you to exercise safely. Trying to begin an exercise regimen later in life can be very intimidating, but they make it very doable and fun, providing support and encouragement to help you stick with it. I love FabYOUlous Fitness! It’s been years since I attended an exercise class and honestly, I was dreading it. FabFit is different! The focus is on strength and health specifically designed for those of us over 40 and the staff is actively engaged to help you reach your individual goals. The classes are small and exercise routines vary weekly so you don’t burn out. They offer classes at different times daily giving you flexibility—and it’s easy to schedule using the app. Everyone is so nice! I look forward to going every week and never felt better! I recently joined FabYOUlous Fitness, and I have been extremely impressed with the staff and facility. Everyone that I have worked with has been knowledgeable and helpful. I had never exercised in a gym setting before and found the idea of walking into a gym where most participants would already be fit intimidating. I have found FabYOUlous Fitness to be a very safe and comfortable setting with participants from all fitness levels. I've been coming to FabYOUlous fitness for a several weeks now. I'm very happy with the classes and the facility. Its a real judgement-free experience. You run into all types of ladies here. What we all have in common is a goal of making ourselves better, and supporting one another. There are many classes to choose from so you can work something into your schedule. The small classes allow the trainers to pay attention to each person. Exercises can be scaled up or down to meet each persons needs. Great place to workout! I signed up for the 6 week program but plan to keep going afterwards. I've been building strength, (safely) gaining mobility in my frozen shoulder injury, and losing inches. The instructors are great at providing modification options for any injuries or pains. I love the mobility classes to, I do so much better stretching out when someone tells me what to do. Plus, for all workouts, the small classes really allow the instructors to correct any improper positioning and customize according to needs. ~ Mary A
FabYoulous fitness has been an essential part of my journey to becoming healthy. As a 50+ mother of 3 on a weight loss journey the classes and Instructor’s accommodate limitations without making anyone feel bad and push those that can do more. The Walking group has been a great tool to push me out of my comfort zone so much I’ve worked up to long hikes I never thought I could do. I had ongoing minor injuries that led me to stop exercising. I went to FabYOUlous Fitness for the corrective exercise and got rid of plantar fasciitis, some knee pain and greatly improved my balance! I am still going for the Small Group Training and love it!! Kim also led me to a PT that got rid of my vertigo that I suffered from for 15 years! This is more than just a place to exercise. Kim has given me excellent personal attention. She has a positive attitude, and she is constantly encouraging and motivating me. I live in Georgia, and it's so great to have technology for online training! She schedules my workouts through the app, so it's easy to see my week at a glance and know what's coming up so I can plan ahead. In addition, her philosophy of encouraging women to give grace to themselves is exactly what I need - don't be so hard on yourself! I would recommend her to anyone! ~ Kelly F
